Since joining the firm, Kuper has worked on a variety of cases, ranging from national product defect cases to municipal torts to bad faith insurance claims to medical and other professional malpractice matters. Kuper has participated in weeks-long voir dire processes, supervised multiple shadow juries, managed numerous mock trials, and engaged in witness preps across the country.
