Susan B. Hall -

Research Coordinator, Susan Hall, has been with Tsongas since 1991.

Tsongas is the largest and one of the few consulting firms in the country to have its own in-house recruitment team, which Hall oversees. Hall manages a team of 12-15 recruiters and over the past 17 years has supervised the successful recruitment of over 10,000 jury-eligible mock jurors and focus group participants.

Having worked in both the marketing and legal fields, Hall has a unique combination of training, skills, and experiences, which enables her to administer and coordinate all logistics involved in conducting Tsongas’ pre-trial research projects. During her 17-year tenure at Tsongas, she has worked in nearly every state, on nearly every type of litigation, and with nearly every type of business, including a host of Fortune 500 Companies in high profile cases. In addition to her administrative services, Hall prepares and monitors research budgets, coordinates research facilities, manages vendor relationships, and provides venue-match research. Working closely with the Tsongas Research Committee, Hall provides quality control for all work products.
